Winns has taken a leading role in this implementation.
The range of Winns DX precision coolers is a result of many years of development with funding from Innovasjon Norge. Winns systems are fully tested and installed offshore in both FPSO and fixed installations operated by major oil companies.
The units cooling capacity span from 10 to 50 kW. Only tried and teste components from well-reputed sub suppliers are used. Six different models present seamless capacity adaption due to their VSD controlled compressors and specially designed Winns PLC software that has been fine-tuned over years. Perfectly adapted gas coolers from our experienced sub supplier complements the system.
A 10’’ colour touchscreen displays a simplified P@ID showing all process data in real time. An easy to learn interface provides for access to set and change control parameters. Three password protected access levels secure against unauthorized change of said parameters.
The units are supplied with stainless steel cabinets for downflow into raised floor or front flow. Two models have separate fan-box for easy transport through narrow corridors.
